Detailed description: This workshop is designed specifically for small business enterprises eager to harness the power of generative AI. The fast growth of generative AI has changed many fields, but it’s easy to feel lost with so many new tools appearing all the time.
We’ll start by breaking down the main ideas behind generative AI in simple terms. Then, we’ll show you easy-to-use AI tools that can make your work easier and more efficient. You’ll get to see these tools in action and learn how they can fit into your daily routine in your business.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a clear grasp of generative AI and feel ready to use these new technologies to boost your productivity. Don’t miss this chance to turn confusion into confidence and make AI work for you.
Workflow: The workshop will be carried out in two parts. Day 1 on 11th March 2025 and day 2 on 25th March 2025. Seperate registration is needed for both days. The lectures will consist of a theoretical overview, introducing generative AI tools and using them in practical cases for SMEs.
Date and time: Day 2 25.03.2025 from 09:00 – 11:00 AM
Difficulty: Beginner
Language: According to registration feedback
Virtual location: ZOOM (participants will receive a link at the end of registration)
Target audience: Anyone with an interest in AI who desires a foundational understanding without prior technical experience
Background knowledge recommendation: Basic computer usage. It is recommended that the users have access to one of the LLM chatbots (chatGPT, Claude …)
Knowledge acquired:
- Understand the basics of generative AI.
- Be familiar with a variety of AI tools available for different tasks.
