For existing and future users of supercomputing infrastructure, we have set up a multi-level user support system, available at support@sling.si.
We want to involve as much expertise as possible from Slovenian research communities in EuroCC@SLING to ensure a high level of support in different research areas. A uniform and comparable user experience on all freely accessible systems of the national supercomputing infrastructure and the national EuroHPC system.
Slovenian universities also provide additional support to their users to improve their use of and access to EuroHPC/PRACE resources.
