For existing and future users of HPC infrastructures, we have set up a multi-level user support system, available at support@sling.si.
We aim to involve as much expertise as possible from the Slovenian research communities in the operation of EuroCC@SLING, thus ensuring a high level of support in different research areas. A uniform and comparable user experience on all freely accessible systems of the national supercomputing infrastructure and the national EuroHPC system.
Slovenian universities also provide additional support to their users to improve the use of and access to EuroHPC/PRACE resources.
